We’re excited to share that Sim-Plates was recently featured in the latest high-octane commercial for Acura — a fast-paced, visually stunning spot showcasing cutting-edge virtual production technology.

Plates Used:

The production team chose our City A and Rural Highway plates to bring the dynamic driving sequences to life. These plates were used to create seamless, photorealistic environments that elevated the energy and realism of the entire spot.

Virtual Production Workflow:

The commercial was shot at Simplemente Studios in Mexico City, a leading LED volume stage in the region. The team used Assimilate Live FX as the media server for real-time playback and control, enabling precise integration between live-action vehicles and CG environments.

This project is a great example of how Sim-Plates can help filmmakers, commercial producers, and virtual production teams achieve cinematic results with speed and flexibility.
