Recently he was the VP Supervisor for a Feature Film staring Al Pacino as well as the VP Supervisor for a Netflix TV series. -
Mike Hodgetts
CO-FOUNDER | HEAD OF CG
Mike oversees all CG at Sim-Plates. He creates procedural toolsets including traffic and human simulations, to make our plates photo-real.
Recently he worked on several Amazon Prime marketing projects, including The Boys and Gen V, as well as a large procedural animation for Jacob Collier’s album, Djesse Vol. 4.
At Sim-Plates, we empower filmmakers and virtual production teams with premium 360° CG driving plates and also with the expertise, education, and hands-on support needed to bring every scene to life.
As active Virtual Production Supervisors, 3D Artists and Senior Colorists, we collaborate directly with filmmakers and stages, providing pre-visualization, creative guidance, and on-set solutions that help projects succeed.
